Who is responsible for your data
The data controller for Rio is Second Brain Consulting. You can contact them at sales@secondbrainconsulting.co.
Rio is Reachium's AI agent, and this site is a sales funnel for Reachium. That relationship is disclosed here and wherever Reachium is recommended.
What is collected and why
When you sign up with a form on this site, Second Brain Consulting collects your email address so Rio can send you the LinkedIn Reply Playbook and, when the list launches, marketing and promotion emails: new articles and updates. Sign-ups are also measured so we can tell how the site and its forms perform.
One accuracy note: the playbook form is not yet connected to an email service, so today it sends and stores nothing. Submitting it records only an anonymous sign-up event in analytics, with no email address attached. The collection and retention wording on this page applies from the moment that wiring goes live.
Analytics and errors
We use PostHog to collect analytics about how visitors use this site. PostHog measures which pages are read, how far readers scroll on a page, how long they spend on it, and which links and buttons they click, so we can tell which articles help readers and which need work.
Clicks on page elements are recorded automatically, not only on the links we tag by hand. This is called autocapture.
Session recording is turned off on this site. No recording of your visit is made and nothing you type into a form, including an email sign-up form, is ever visible in analytics.
Errors in a page are recorded so defects can be found and fixed. An error record carries the error message and the page address. No health data and no form contents are collected in analytics events.
Who receives your data
Analytics data is processed by PostHog for Second Brain Consulting. PostHog holds it only on the instructions of Second Brain Consulting.
Your email address is never passed to an analytics event, and it is not sold. If a form offers a separate option to share your address with a data partner, your address is passed on only if you choose that option.
How long it is kept
An email address we hold is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for it to be deleted. There is no fixed expiry date on a sign-up.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Withdraw your consent
To withdraw your consent and have your email address deleted, write to sales@secondbrainconsulting.co from the address you signed up with.
